TAITUNG, TAIWAN

Taitung, Taiwan's most south east county, is the location of ETA4's inaugural summer program in Taiwan. A sparse and undeveloped region of Taiwan, Taitung is home to seven different aboriginal groups. Their cultures are still a part of everyday society. The Taitung group will teach 200+ aboriginal kids English through the three A's, work with them on improving their communication skills, and volunteer in villages affected by Typhoon Morokat.

This will be the first year of a Taitung location for ETA4 volunteers.
