ACADEMICS

Academics includes traditional English instruction, and is most common when teaching a language to students. This can include reading, writing, learning vocabulary and pronunciation, grammar lessons, sentence structure, and speaking practice. The students have access to books, poems, scripts from movies and plays, and various other sources to keep the idea of a diverse learning environment alive. Debates are also structured within this part of the curriculum, challenging the students to use what they have learned, formulate their own ideas on a variety of topics in English, and express them in front of other students and teachers.
